Product Care

Please unbox your trees immediately upon arrival. Tree’s should be planted as soon as possible. If you are unable to plant the tree’s in their forever home, please plant them in a 1-3 gallon container with adequate drainage.

Returns and Exchanges:

We will do our best to ensure quality customer satisfaction. It is our policy that all sales are final. If you would like to cancel an order before it is processed, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been packed and/or shipped, you may still be able to cancel. Each request will be handled on an individual basis and is at the discretion of C & C Chestnuts.

Due to the nature of the items being sold, we cannot guarantee survival after you have taken possession of the seedling. Any item that arrives in an unsatisfactory condition must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos must be provided upon request of such items to receive a refund or replacement. Damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
